Over the past couple years I created several editorial illustrations for articles published by The Blend US, all written by professionals in the hospitality industry on a wide breadth of topics ranging from bar tool selection and underrated ingredients, to pay transparency and workplace harassment. Here are a few of them. A particular challenge with many of these is they were developed concurrently with the articles, with focus often changing throughout necessitating rapid turnarounds. Additionally, the client often required photography to be included of the writers who did not have professional headshots.
